Then start a SALT team in your neighbourhood or country. You can also join an existing SALT team.
To support new teams, the Constellation has designed a 'Blended Learning Programme'. It is a course mixing online modules, practical applications in the field and distant support from a Constellation coach. The course takes between three and nine months.
