Members approved the 2010 Accounts and Narrative report

Eleven out of twelve Constellation voting members brought in their votes during the Virtual Membership Meeting that took place under the chairmanship of Dr. Jean-Louis Lamboray. They participated in discussions over email, in a virtual document and in Skype conversations. The members approved the 2010 accounts and narrative report which April qualified as ‘impressive’ and Geoff as ‘A well thought out document’.
Firstly, the members approved the content and presentation of the annual report 2010, prepared by the Constellation Support Team. Geoff congratulated the team: « A well thought out document, well presented to remind us how much has been achieved with so few resources. We should all stop for a few seconds and feel proud, congratulate ourselves on a job well done. » The report is full of stories, quotes and pictures that show the human face of the Constellation and its diversity. The report has three parts : a presentation of progress in the Constellation as a whole, partnerships and progress of country teams. |
Secondly, the members discussed the accounts of 2010, presenting assets of 106’607.64 € and a loss for the period of 11’699.78 €. After the presentation of the statutory auditor’s report eleven out of twelve members approved the 2010 accounts. Download the accounts 2010.
Finally, the members vote the discharge to the board members and statutory auditor from liability for the fulfilment of their duties during the 2010 financial year.
