Our members

Who are our members?

Members of the Constellation are individuals, communities and organizations who believe in the strengths of communities.  Visit or join our online community. To become a member, contact Marlou de Rouw at derouwm[@]gmail.com.

Member organisations

Member organisations share the same vision and mission as the Constellation. They are also National Facilitation Teams. More about Member Organisations.

Facilitators and Coaches

Today, more than thousand facilitators accompany communities around the world on their way to Life Competence.

Some facilitators are nominated 'coach' by the Constellation. A coach is able to facilitate the Community Life Competence Process in diverse contexts with the aim to transfer it to others, always as being part of a facilitation team. There are 65 coaches around the world. To become a coach, you need to be nominated by two coaches of the Constellation who have worked with you. Visit our coaches gallery and find a coach in your country. To become a coach, contact Marlou de Rouw at derouwm[@]gmail.com.

Global Support Team

Daily management of the Constellation is carried out by Marlou de Rouw, with support for financial administration by Loli Rey.

The work programme for 2012 is delivered by The Constellation Global Support Team which has four functional teams: CARE, SHARE, LEARN and TRANSFER. The Constellations Global Support Team consists of Constellation members and teams from all parts of the world. For each function there is one facilitator whose task it is to coordinate, encourage and accompany the work of the team.

The year 2012 has started off nicely with forty of our eager members finding their feet in a new way to support the Constellation. Being a Global Support Team, means we are a virtual team. Some of us are working from our homes, others from an office. Some can dedicate time to the Constellation on a daily basis, others one day per month. Some have smooth, fast and stable internet access, others have to travel to internet café to be in touch. And we all have something valuable to contribute!
