A Constellation facilitator is the person able to facilitate the full Community Life Competence Process (CLCP) in his or her own context. There is no blueprint to facilitate the process. You will, together with your community and other facilitators, continuously learn from adapting the approach.
There are several ways to become a facilitator. Hereafter find the one that suits you best:
- Face-to-face training led by some country teams: look at the calendar on this page to see whether any training events are planned near where you live
- Become a facilitator with the support of two co-learners and an experienced Constellation facilitator: The Online SALT Program
- Read through the open-access version of the Online SALT Program by clicking here, or find out more about the different learning tools used by the Constellation by clicking here.
For learning purposes, Constellation facilitators will be invited to join formal coaching teams for the implementation of Constellation partnerships.
