To whom?
The Constellation engages with all sorts of groups/communities.
For us, a community is any group that mobilises its own strengths to overcome its challenges and fulfill its dream.
The diagram depicts the different kinds of 'communities' we have engaged with in the past. These range from villages to companies, national platforms, health services and organisations in the non-profit sector.

How?
We facilitate
Constellation coaching teams facilitate and support groups/communities’ ownership of the challenges that affect them through implementing a facilitation program based on the CLC process and SALT. The facilitation programs offered by the Constellation are developed jointly with our partners in order to best address their expectations and the challenges they wish to work on. Likewise, the duration and intensity of facilitation depends on our partner’s commitment. Nevertheless, the Constellation’s experience shows that large-scale ownership and sustainable change require support on a two-year period. We Transfer
In order to ensure sustainability and stimulate local responses around the world, the Constellation transfers SALT and the CLC process through various training possibilities.
Following training, participants are capable of stimulating and supporting local responses in their own contexts. These training courses are built around practicing the different steps of the CLC process, and designed to stimulate ownership and on-site adaptation of the facilitation tools that come with the CLCP and SALT. At each stage, participants are encouraged to practice directly in a group/community, reflect and learn from their experience. We transfer through various channels:
We Connect
As we believe that individuals and communities have the capacity to develop their own responses to face their concerns, we link those communities around the world in order for them to share, learn from one another and apply what they have learned in their own context, and for us to feed this learning back into our process and methodology. We organise local, national and global Learning Festivals to connect and stimulate sharing and learning between facilitators, organisations and communities. We stimulate and facilitate this connection through an online platform of communities and practitioners around the world. |
